Detailed Itinerary by days

Day 1
Dubrovnik - Šipan

Start in Dubrovnik, where early dawn light glows terracotta on medieval walls. Anchoring in the calm bay of Šipanska Luka, sail to Šipan, the biggest of the Elaphiti Islands. Wander olive groves to the stone tower hamlet of Sudurad with citrus plantations. Dine on octopus salad at a waterfront konoba, the harbor reflecting a pink sky streaked pattern.

Day 2
Šipan - Polače (Mljet)

Glide south from Polače, Mljet National Park entryway. Paddling to St. Mary's Island, a 12th-century monastery emerging from the lake, kayak the jade waters of Veliko Jezer. Cycle pine-shaded paths, then indulge on black risotto at a taverna with Roman ruins softly whispering history.

Day 3
Polače - Korčula Town

With Venetian towers and Marco Polo history, Korčula Town captivates Climb the Revelin Tower for Adriatic views, then sip Grk wine—a clean white born in sandy soil from Korčula. Catch the Moreska Sword Dance, a swirl of clashing blades and medieval drama at evening.

Day 4
Korčula - Šćedro

Fly to the island lost to time, Šćedro. Drop anchor in Borovik Bay, swim in water so pure it beats Caribbean standards. Trekkers to deserted shepherd huts, then eat lamb under the bell in a farmhouse where the only sound is the clink of cutlery.

Day 5
Šćedro - Vis Town

Previously a military fortification, Vis Town appeals with faded Austro-Hungarian grandeur. Discover Fort George then plunge into the pebbled shallows of Prirovo Beach. Meal? Dinner? At Konoba Barba, peka—slow-cooked octopus—where rakija pours and fishermen argue over the daily harvest.

Day 6
Vis - Komiža

Vis' salty soul, Komiža, welcomes you with sun-bleached boats and fishing nets. After swimming Stiniva Cove, a pebble beach under cliffs, at Konoba Bako, lamps flickering above the harbour, we eat bogueroni, fried anchovies.

Day 7
Komiža - Biševo – Stari Grad

Time your visit for midday, when the sea glows electric sapphire, at dawn chase sunlight into Biševo's Blue Cave. Sail to Stari Grad, the historic harbor of Hvar where cobblestone alleyways meet UNESCO vineyards. Feast in a patio covered with bougainvillea on gregada, fish stew.

Day 8
Stari Grad - Hvar (Palmižana)

Palmižana throbbs with barefoot beauty. Snorkel Stipanska Bay’s reefs, then sip cocktails at Toto’s Beach Bar, toes in the sand. By night, dance beneath the sky while yachts move to DJ rhythms.

Day 9
Hvar - Proizd – Vela Luka

Off Korčula, Proizd is a rocky islet with naturally occurring saltwater "pools" cut by waves. swim, tan, then sail to Vela Luka. At a family konoba, dine on žrnovski makaruni, hand-rolled pasta, using the same recipe unchanged for 200 years.

Day 10
Vela Luka - Lastovo (Zaklopatica)

Lastovo's secret fjord, Zaklopatica Bay, crads your boat behind pine-covered cliffs. Trekkers to the Lastovo Lighthouse then snorkel caves shimmering with fish. Feast on lobster spaghetti under a Milky Way so brilliant, it seems within grasp.

Day 11
Lastovo - Pomena (Mljet)

Go back to Pomena, Mljet's peaceable port. Kayak to Odysseus' Cave, where the legend holds the hero mourned for Penelope. Eat oysters taken from the bay along with Pošip wine as the moon throws silver on the sea.

Day 12
Pomena - Saplunara Bay (Mljet)

Shallow bays and golden dunes of Saplunara seem to be Croatia's secret Sahara. After swimming in the warm shallows of Blace Beach, climb to Korita, a mountain town where donkeys still predominate over vehicles.

Day 13
Saplunara - Lopud

Anchored in the lovely crescent of Šunj Bay, sail north to Lopud. After a massage at La Villa, a boutique escape, enjoy scampi buzara (garlicky shrimp stew) at a coastal taverna.

Day 14
Lopud - Dubrovnik

Go back to Dubrovnik and stop at Koločep to swim last-ingly. Once the sun gilds the city walls, toast your journey with maraschino liqueur on the Stradun; immediately, you are planning your next Adriatic tale.
